The largest of the two foundations is the Servisa Collective Foundation. It was founded back in 1973 and takes care of the occupational benefit scheme of about 70’000 employees from 6,000 SMEs, but also larger companies in Switzerland. The product range offered is geared to firms which do not operate their own employee benefits foundation. As a totally independent LOB specialist, the Swisscanto Collective Foundation offers comprehensible and transparent pension solutions. Transparency, fairness and sustainability are among the most important values of the company active throughout Switzerland.
The second foundation is the Servisa Supra Collective Foundation. This independent institution offers solutions for individuals with higher pension needs, especially for senior management employees. In a Supra contract companies can define the benefits for their most important employees very individually, adjusted to their special entitlements.
